I should have known last night when ADAM (yes, Lowe's management, that's his name) was visiting with a friend who had stopped up to keep him company while trying to work through my installation issues. He was going to let me down, I just didn't realize it until this morning when my phone did not ring. I'm off to visit Lowe's...to speak with the store manager in person regarding this fiasco that was supposed to be an easy 6-hour weekend project. I'll keep you all posted on the details, but as it stands now, it's going to be a Thursday full-price installation to complete this room. With the money I've spent so far....I should have booked a suite at the Hershey's Spa !!
