Never too early to plan...
So, I've got a Halloween party to attend. I need costume ideas that meets the following requirements: No mask necessary - I'd go bonkers within the first hour. Also, it must be a stand-alone costume - doesn't need a "couple" to complete the theme. I'm debating the Ultra-Sexy Witch idea...in honor of the coven. However, I'm welcoming other ideas. What are some of the best costumes you've seen at parties??
