Enough is Enough...

Well, I've done it. I've finally divorced AOL. Long story short, whenever I called to cancel the service, they reeled me back in with the promise of a very reasonable $4.95/month unlimited broadband connection. However, no one in the Billing department acknowledges that bill plan. So, I've spent the last 6 months of my life calling and arguing with AOL - with the Cancellation department showering me with free months of billing to stick with the service - and the Billing department consistently refusing to accept that bill plan. Today, my credit card was charged $37.02 for January's usage (the final straw).

So, it's over - done - no more. Will I be able to use "Copssister" on AIM? Who knows, but at this point, I couldn't give a rat's ass. You'll all figure out who I am quickly enough.

Oh, and AOL - meet Jim Petro, Ohio's Attorney General - he'll be giving you a call regarding your unfair and fraudulent business practices. Don't fuck with the Copssister - she may live in a red state, but she knows how to put her state government to work !!!
