While I know the history behind the "Heidi game", I'm tired of networks preempting their regular schedule for the East Coast because football games run long. In fact, just schedule the damn games for an extra hour and cut out the 7pm show. CBS - I'm pointing at you. If football is so important that it must preempt any show in your Sunday lineup, the LAST one that should be pulled is Cold Case. All to see the Cincinnati TROUNCE San Diego...horrible decision. The only bright spot amidst the darkness of preemption - regular viewers hopefully tuned into Alias to boost the ratings.
