Oh, I forgot to tell you about my New Year's Eve proclamation. Since I'd grown tired of friends telling me "there are so many good guys that I would like to introduce you to"...and then never following through, I made the following declaration as we raised our glasses in celebration:

$500 bounty, payable to the the friend who successfully plays matchmaker for me.
