A woman from my hometown, whose name is phonetically exact to mine, won $1.2 million yesterday at the nickel slots in Niagra. My phone has not stopped ringing this morning since the news covered the story. The most satisfying call - from my ex, who I haven't heard from in 3 years. The cost of accepting his offer to meet for dinner this week, a meeting which I have no intention on keeping, and leaving him with the impression that I'm out shopping for a new home this afternoon...priceless.
