I'm a day late and a dollar short for the Friday recipe, as suggested by Grace. I promise to be on-time next week.

Carabba’s House Salad Dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl.
Makes 1 cup.
