My morning shopping adventure is done. I hit the dollar store...for a mere $21.32 here's what I got:
-> 6 fancy fabric holiday bottle bags (red velvet with white trim, resembling a Christmas stocking)
-> 4 Christmas tins (to fill with my Holiday brick candy & cookies)
-> 20 Snowman gift bags (to fill with my Holiday brick candy and chocolate covered popcorn)
-> 5 velvet embossed gift bags for various gift wrapping
-> 4 silver gift bags for wrapping

A trip to Petsmart was also a bargain. I'd found another (to add to my collection of one) soft-sided cat carrier on-line for $42.99. The local store only had one left, without a tag. They priced it at $29.99 for me. Now the kitties can go to the vet together (saving me from paying for two office visits). I expect a clean bill of health for both during our 3pm appointment.
