Finally, a way to tone while enjoying TV or the internet, or chatting on a phone. I've been using this for a week and can tell you that my abs haven't felt this burn in years. I chose this model, mainly because it was on the cheaper side. I'm surprisingly impressed by the quality...impressed that it hasn't burst underneath me !! My cats are quite hesitant about it, but watching them skit away from it is almost bonus entertainment value.
